At Ginta Stone, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services. Due to the nature of our offerings and the resources involved in fulfilling each order, all sales are final and non-refundable.
1. Strict No Refund Policy
By completing a purchase with Ginta Stone, you acknowledge and agree that all orders are non-refundable under any circumstance, with the limited exceptions outlined below.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect or mistaken orders made by the customer
- Failure to read product/service descriptions
- Disputes based on subjective preferences or expectations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded.
2. Exceptions – Billing & Technical Errors Only
The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy are billing or technical errors such as:
- Duplicate charges (you were charged more than once for the same order)
- Clearly verifiable technical malfunction on our end that prevented successful delivery of service/product
To request an exception, you must contact us at gintapp123@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction date. Please include:
- Your order number
- A detailed explanation of the issue
- Supporting evidence (e.g., bank statement, screenshot of duplicate charge)
We will investigate all valid requests promptly. If the issue is confirmed, a full or partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
3. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a violation of our policy and may result in denial of any future services. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks with the full extent of documentation available.
